Happy Easter

As with all Holidays, I love the excuse to do fun things and decorate in cute ways! Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays, so naturally I have been looking forward to this day for quite some time now!

Last night Scott and I colored some eggs. Although we are both artistically challenged, we had a blast! The evening turned into a hoot when Scott challenged me to smash a raw egg in my hand. It's nearly impossible to squeeze an egg in the palm of your hand (no fair using pressure from separate fingers)and crack it. When you are lucky enough to overcome this feat, I guarantee there will be screams, laughs, and a definite mess. So fun!



This morning I woke Scott up and forced him to trek around the house to look for a few cleverly hidden Easter eggs. With a total of 12 eggs and 1 miniature apartment, the egg hunt lasted a generous 5 minutes. We then ate a delicious breakfast of avocado omelets and pecan rolls as we watched general conference. What a fun morning!
