A-MAZ-ING

Scott and I whipped this french bread pizza up last night, and we were both in awe with the deliciousness of our little creation. It is quick, easy, inexpensive, and so divine. Really, you need to try this!

We found out inspiration here, and changed a few things to make it our own.

Chicken, Tomato, and Spinach French Bread Pizza
Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 12 thick slices

Ingredients
1 loaf of French Bread
1/2 C mayo (light, if you have it)
2 t Johnny's Garlic Seasoning (I didn't have this, so I threw in a bit of garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, and anything else that looked delicious etc.)
2.5 C Mozzarella cheese
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1 C cooked chicken, chopped
1-1.5 C spinach, finely chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 C onion, chopped

Directions
1. Combine the mayo and the seasonings.
2. Slice the loaf of french bread open. Spread the mayo mixture on both sides and sprinkle with about 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese
3. Chop up all of your toppings, and sprinkle them evenly over the french bread.
4. Sprinkle with the remaining cheeses
5. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is all bubbly, golden, and delicious.
6. remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes.
7. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
