I am a Sushi Artist

I am enrolled in a sushi class, The Art of Making Sushi. It is way fun, and I am learning a lot of great sushi techniques. Probably the most valuable "technique" that I have learned in this class, is that there is a mold for every type of sushi that you would ever want to make. This makes it fairly simple to be a sushi artist. I compare my artistic sushi skills to those of the Subway employees. They can make sandwiches with pre-cut veggies and meats, and they are name tag proclaimed sandwich artists.

ps, I hate the strong taste of pickled ginger, but took pictures of it because it is so pretty!

pps, Brianne is taking this class with me. She gets to listen to my stupid jokes all class long. She loves it.
