We planted many different kinds of tomatoes (snack attack, early girls, heirlooms, etc.), along with various types of peppers (jalapeno, bell, banana peppers, etc). We started all of our seeds inside and then moved them outside when the weather was warm enough. It was amazing to watch these tiny seeds turn into little sprouts of green, and then into massive vegetable bearing plants-this truly is a miracle. I have loved this aspect of gardening. Anyways, in the process of moving our starts outside, we lost track of the specific types of peppers that we planted, and now I have a big basket of unknown peppers.
Taste testing peppers without knowing the type can be a risky game, so I thought I would see if you guys can shed knowledge on my pepper predicament. I have labeled the above picture with the names of some of the peppers, but I am not even sure that all of those are correct. Also, I have circled two of the peppers that I am clueless on. Do you have any ideas?
No clue!
ReplyDeleteHaha, luckily we have done a really good job at labeling where we are putting each plant (partially because I want to keep track of how each plant does) anyway I have no idea what those peppers are sorry!
