11 Months

My crazy child is 11 months old! It is really strange/sad to think Bo is leaving behind the baby stage and entering toddlerhood. We have been super busy (buying a house, moving, and having an active baby will likely do that to you), but the other day I took a break from my crazy life and snapped a few shots of my dazzling blue-eyed boy. I love photography for so many reasons, but mostly I love it because it gives me the opportunity to focus 100% of my energy and attention on Bo and capturing his spunky little personality.

11 Month Bo:
-can take steps, and could probably walk if he wanted to, but has maxed out at 5 steps in a row
-crawls on his hands and feet-no knees
-waves bye bye 
-says mama sometimes and dada all the time
-makes a mmmmmmm noise when he eats
-knows how to give high fives
-gives kisses (sparingly)
-plays pass with his bouncy balls
-loves throwing things
-is possessive of his toys (this came a lot earlier than I was expecting-what do I do?!?!)
-major mama's boy
-can crawl up and down stairs
-loves the bath
-sleeps great
-eats okay

-poops A LOT (it has gone from 1x/day to 3-4x/day. gross.)

 

 Bo,

You are such a sweet little boy. Your personality has really blossomed over the past month. Grandma Tandy described your sweet little personality best. You love life and live large. It is so true. You are happy, dramatic, silly, passionate, energetic, sweet, opinionated, and smart. Your smile is huge, your eyes are bright, and your temper is strong.

You no longer smile at every single person, but you keep a sweet little inquisitive smirk on your face with pursed lips. I think it is adorable. Today, I showed you one time how to give a high five, and then you knew exactly how to give a high five, every time I said high five. I am amazed by everything that you can do and understand. You are so bright.

We love you so much our little crazy boy. You make our life so sweet.
