My Mama

Today is my sweet mama's birthday. 

 

My mom is shy, and many people do not know her like our family does, but let me tell you, this woman is hilarious, energetic, and kind.  

As I have grown up and started raising my own family, I appreciate my mom so much more than I did as a kid. She was always there for our family. She provided rides, packed lunches, clean laundry, warm and healthy dinners, homework help, and everything else that kids take for granted. Most of all, she was constant. My mom has always been emotionally, physically, and mentally stable for herself and our family. 

Along with being a wonderful mom, she is a:

 fabulous grandma.

 wonderful wife (my dad wouldn't be nearly as successful as he is without her).

 committed healthy eater/gym rat

Like my mom says, spandex are a privilege, not a right. She has earned that right and can absolutely rock the spandex!

Mom, I hope that someday I can be half the woman that you are-you are the best.
