At Home

Do you ever feel like you need to go out, or leave your home, to experience something extra fun, beautiful, or entertaining? I know I certainly do. When we want to have fun in the Lalor home, we often brainstorm places to go eat, hike, shop, play, etc. 

Yesterday afternoon, Bo and I were roaming around the backyard, as we do most afternoons. I was cutting back the untamed branches on our grape tree, Bo was entertaining himself with dirt, and we were thoroughly enjoying our time. As we were playing around, I was struck by the beauty surrounding us right in our very own backyard. What a wonderful world we live in.
